Product Description

Benzalkonium chloride is a cationic surfactant, a non-oxidizing bactericide, with a broad spectrum and efficient bactericidal and algicidal ability, which can effectively control the proliferation of bacteria and algae in water and the growth of slime, and has good slime stripping and certain dispersion and penetration, and has certain oil removal, deodorization and corrosion inhibition. Medical benzalkonium chloride is also used as a fungicide in band-Aids.

Function and Application of BKC 

It can be used as fungicide, antistatic agent, levelling agent, stabilizer and disinfectant. Used in food processing, medicine, textile, oil field, petrochemical, water treatment and public facilities disinfection and sterilization. Used as levelling agent and retarding agent for acrylic fiber dyeing, it can improve fastness. Excellent dispersion for cationic dyes. It can also be used as corrosion inhibitor for chemical equipment and fungicide for oil field water injection.
