Collagenase, also known as collagenase, clostridium peptidase, English name collagenase, is a protease obtained from the fermentation of Clostridium histolytica. Medical collagenase was prepared from the culture medium of Clostridium histolytica ATCC21000. This enzyme has high decomposing activity for gly-pro sequence peptide bonds. [Usage and dosage] Surgical debridement treatment was performed first, the surrounding skin and wound were cleaned with normal saline and alcohol cotton ball, and then coated with 0.1cm thick ointment of this product, baked with lamp for 20 minutes to accelerate the enzyme activity and spread, strengthen the penetration of drugs, and then bandaged with sterile gauze.
[Precautions] 1. Antibiotics should be used to control infection before using this product. 2. Detergent and heavy metal ions can reduce enzyme activity.
