Dibromocyanoacetamide is used as pharmaceutical intermediate, bactericidal and algicidal agent, industrial sewage treatment agent, etc. Dibromocyanoacetamide is a broad-spectrum and highly effective industrial fungicide used to prevent the growth and reproduction of bacteria and algae in paper, industrial circulating cooling water, lubricants for metal processing, pulp, wood, coatings and plywood, and as a sludge control agent, widely used in paper mill pulp and circulating cooling water systems. Industrial cooling water, air conditioning water, lubricants for metal processing, water emulsions, pulp, wood, plywood and coatings, and highly effective biocides for the growth of bacteria in fibers
