Function of Poly Aluminium Chloride PAC
Solid polyaluminum chloride can be roughly divided into two types of products according to the drying method: roller drying type and spray drying
22-24% content: roller drying process production, water insoluble matter is high, is currently on the market cheap industrial grade products, mainly used to treat industrial wastewater.
26% content: drum drying process production, water insoluble matter is lower than 22-24%, this product is the national standard of industrial grade, the price is slightly more expensive, mainly used in industrial wastewater treatment.
28% content: This kind of drum drying and spray drying two processes, water insoluble matter is lower than the first two, belongs to PAC high-grade products, can be used for low turbidity sewage treatment and waterworks pretreatment.
30% content: There are two kinds of drum drying and spray drying, which belong to high-grade PAC products, mainly used in waterworks and low turbidity domestic water treatment.
32% content: This is made of spray drying, different from other products, this PAC appearance is white, is high purity iron free polyaluminum chloride, mainly used in the fine chemical industry and cosmetics manufacturing, belongs to food grade.
Application of Poly Aluminium Chloride PAC
Dissolve the solid product into a liquid by adding water at 1:3, and then dilute it with 10-30 times clean water to the required concentration before use. The best pH value of addition is 3.5-5.0, and the best pH value of addition can bring the maximum benefit of coagulation into play. The dosage can be determined according to the different turbidity of raw water, the best dosage, when the turbidity of raw water is generally 100-500mg/L, the dosage per thousand tons is 10-20kg. When the turbidity of raw water is high, the dosage can be appropriately increased, and when the turbidity is low, the dosage can be appropriately reduced.
